went with my sis to Bishan. got what we wanted! =)


Tue 26/11:

some time after my lunch, i found a big ant [well, at least it was bigger than the average one] crawling around at the dining area. after i squashed it, i was surprised to find another one crawling near me. so i did the same thing for it. then i proceeded to the kitchen. woa! how shocked i was to see another ant crawling up the wall, 4 others on the mat, and about six more on the floor in front of me. i slipped on a pair of shoes, and went back to the kitchen. when i got near to the washing area, i was horrified! there were about…like more than 10 others there! =I

thus i went to get the insecticide [luckily it wasn’t surrounded by ants!] then i sprayed here…sprayed there…till i ‘cleared’ all of them. i didn’t dare to step into the kitchen without wearing any footwear later! =/

after some time, i also found one dead cockroach [quite small one] near the washing area too! well, i think the sudden appearance of the huge ants [all about 1cm long] was due to the heavy rain some time ago, that caused their holes to be destroyed. so they climbed through the pipes and found their way into my kitchen…

Sunday 24/11:
went to gather for a meeting at 11am. had quite a nice time there, getting to know more about my friends and learnt quite a lot too! i was the youngest among us all in the youth meeting. then we had a "reception" after the end of the session. there was so much food to makan! =)


Sat 23/11:

sis and mum went to library to borrow some books, while i was left at home. then spent the afternoon with my sis, watching tv and playing game station. watched a bit of Harry Potter II [vcd] at night...


Fri 22/11:

went out with my mum to Chinatown, then took a taxi to Novena Square, where we later met my dad. had dinner there, and i think the food court is one of the best in Singapore!


Thu 21/11:
*..::Park-ing::..*
went to the park to play badminton with jas at 5.30pm. then saw ewa lim at the health fitness corner! it was jas who discovered her…and we followed her till she was out of sight. jas suggested shouting, “Ewa! Ewa!”, and then hide away, but in the end we didn’t. don’t know where she was heading to. later bumped into my mum at the lift lobby, and she told me that ewa was going to visit her relative…


Wed 20/11:

the telecom men came in the morning when i've just woke up…then told us that our computer modem spoilt, due to the thunder strike on Monday when it was raining heavily. oh dear, that means that the computer has to be sent for repair in order for me to surf the net! –yikes!-

went to heartland later in the afternoon…then proceeded to jas’ house to see her class gathering [bbq] photos. also saw her baby photos too. well, popped in and just spent some time there before heading home to watch Zhen Qing…

my mum went to sch in the morning to buy my books. after seeing my sis off the sch at the bus-stop, we proceeded to New Victory Bookstore, then to heartland…


Mon 18/11:

went out with my parents. drove around & lunched at a food centre. wah.. the mee pok was so hot! the stall helper was meant to add A LITTLE chilli, but she added TOO MUCH! and the chilli wasn’t the ordinary kind too! *perspires, with my mouth red*

later proceeded to Thomsom Plaza to buy some books…

didn’t do much today. watched So Close [vcd] at home. =)


Sat 16/11:
*..::HCL Outing::..*
assembled in the sch canteen at 3.30pm. took the sch chartered bus to Neil Road for the Tea Chapter. there, we learnt about the proper way to serve & drink tea through a demonstration. we each ate a tea egg, before starting to try pouring tea ourselves.

then we proceeded to Kallang to have our dinner at either Mac’s or KFC. diane, geck ying, ho ying & i went to KFC. haha..ho ying was so cute! she refused to eat the salad, but in the end she herself said “I want” when the man was clearing the table. so she made some faces when she forced herself at every scope! [hahz..but she didn’t finish all by the way. at first she wanted to bring it back home for her family members, but diane told her that the mayo would turn sour by then!]

the entrance door opened at 8pm for the drama Animal Farm [chinese version], but the show only started at 8.30pm. many parts of it were quite exaggerating and a lot of the jokes were rather lame, so the comments of many were more of negative.

the show ended at 10.30pm, though the teachers thought it would be at 10pm. and we headed home from sch… =D
