went for class in the morning. and the teacher heard my name wrongly and i corrected him in a way that tiff felt i was a lil' gan jiong. hah well the lesson was okay and comprehensive. then met my mum at popular. we bought quite a number of stuff and omg, the total cost at the counter kind of shocked me!! it was far from what i expected!! got home, had lunch, and basically watched tv in the afternoon and slacked around. caught Star Awards at night on channel 8, and i think the main highlights would be the hk stars!! gordon lam was pretty funny!! heh he spoke more in cantonese, then he sang a few lines of cantonese opera with a veteran. and his singing was rather good manz! shawn yue sang a chinese song [but his cantonese version is nicer], and gallen lo also appeared. sandra ng had a red hairdo, then towards the end carol cheng came out to give away the best actor award to xie shao guang and the best actress award to chen liping. i feel that many of channel 8's artistes who came out said sooooo many "thank you"s....and it was a lil' tiring to keep hearing them throughout the 3-hour show!! and they always say the same thing. alrightez, shall blog off now~

Saturday 6/12:
*..::I see * Stars *::..*
went for my piano lesson...then in the later part of the afternoon my dad and i went to fetch my sis from her meeting, before heading down to marina square to catch hk stars benny chan, flora chan, ron ng and tavia yeung. my dad wanted to see flora. hmm she had pretty good complexion...and benny really looks very young!! he wore a white suit -- white blouse inside with white jacket and white pants, and his fringe was tinted a lil' brown in a parrot-like manner [that was what my dad said]. :P i'm not sure if they sang earlier on or not, cos' i came a lil' late. and basically they just played a game with partners chosen from the crowd of fans, and tavia won. think benny has a slight running nose or sumthing, cos' at one moment he squatted down behind the tables and blew his nose. so yarh we could see him, and now we don't. heh and at any point of time i also saw him blowing his nose again. flora spoke some english, but it was rather soft and i couldn't make out what she was saying among all the noises. and benny just uttered some words in cantonese. arghh didn't get those posters of the 2 drama serials and the artistes' full-body photos!! the DJ said there were 40 to be given away, and by the time i came [which was like 25 mins late??], there were only about 3 left! and i had no idea where to get those photos!! now i guess it must be at the site where fans go up to get the autographs... oh wadeva...at least i managed to see the artistes...but it's not really that i fancy these people actually...just went there for fun...yeapz. then we decided to just stand along with those crazy fans behind the stage to see the artistes leave the place. whoa. those fans could really get high...they were all pushing around and this idiotic man just came in front of me and STOOD right there! i mean, didn't he see me behind?? like i was transparent? okay nvm about this man. going back to the crowd: they were pushing like mad and screaming...hah at least i caught sight of benny, but almost lost sight of flora! gahh she's not that tall i think, and the hat she wore was like almost the same colour as that of the security people or assistants who ascorted them out. but with a bit of tip-toeing...yup, i caught a glimpse of her in time before she left by the corner...~
