(friday) just watched some tv a while ago…anyway, i had gone to mac’s to meet tiffany to exchange our vcds. chatted for a while before walking to heartland mall to see some cds. and i bought jay chou’s latest cd at such a price mans! ;) well can take it as a birthday present for my dad. :))) (he likes jay’s music) well, didn’t do much on monday – just rested at home, watched tv and surfed the net and stuff. also watched quill that night. it’s really a nice, meaningful show and very touching, especially towards the end. everyone should watch it. and the puppies are sooooo cute!! :) on tuesday, i took the bus to tampines mall to buy a gift for desflin who’s leaving the country soon for australia. walked to the mrt control station and was the first to reach there! then amaria, serene and (lastly) siti came. bought a converse handbag (it was nice) for desflin and we walked around the place and had a bite at long john’s silver. ate fries and found that the food there was cheaper than all the other fastfood chains! but the portion of fish which siti was having was quite small. got home and watched win a date with tad hamilton that night. quite an interesting show. as for wednesday, i went to school in the morning at 7.45am. not sure if we had to be there at 8 or 8.30, so we went there earlier in case. actually it was 8.30. (i'm right!! =P ) there was the talk from the principal, then the form teachers gave out our prelims result slip, remarks, a form, cca cert and the pae booklet. also took some photos of the school that day before it would soon be demolished. then got home, had lunch and our family headed to renew my sis’s passport at 2 and then drove to town at 3. saw some nice gowns at robinson’s at raffles city, but none were suitable enough, while others were too common and i guess some people would also have the same one if i had bought any of them. so we walked out of raffles city and looked around at the boutiques in the row of shophouses nearby. there was nothing much and we left and drove to taka, but still couldn’t find a suitable gown. we decided to have dinner first and we ate at this italian outlet at taka. forgot it’s name again as it was quite hard to remember. mmm and i really enjoyed my seafood pasta with added chilli!! yummy! haha i was a little red after that cos’ the chilli was a lil’ hot! then we walked over to wisma and finally into this Daniel Yan boutique. chose and tried on a few pieces. there was this nice white one but it looked more like a dress and was rather informal, and furthermore, i guess it was very common as even the shop assistant was wearing the shorter version of it! in the end i was left with 2 – one was a dark purple tube gown which would really make me look rather outstanding while there was the pink one which gave me a softer look. chose the latter as the purple one was too long and quite body-clinging (not that it was tight). also bought a handbag at the same shop which caught my dad’s eye immediately (and soon after my eye too). then after walking a few shops i was deciding between 2 pairs of shoes. one pink one and another a white one. both were comfortable but i decided on the white one over the other as the pink one was quite common and informal and less suited for a gown. got home at nearly 10pm that day… ;)))))

for thursday, stayed at home and rested with my family. watched ella enchanted and 50 first dates at one go. the ella one was much better than the 50, which wasn’t that good and exciting. then my mum wanted to watch triumph in the skies, so my dad went to borrow episodes 29-30, and we watched that at night. arghh vincent’s gone in episode 30. well we’ve decided to borrow some more and finish the whole series of 40 episodes. :) ciao ~

Sunday 21 November: met ailin at the bus stop at 11.40am and we headed to tampines mall to meet up with 2 others and have lunch there. then we took the bus to tsc and reached there at 1.15pm. the session was just some briefing on the chingay and stuff and soon it was 2pm. the fd meeting started and we played some games like fastest-finger (where u sms the answer quickly to the answerer’s phone and the first person to do so wins a prize) and stuff, where we learnt more about the teachings through these games. also watched the video on ycf 2001, where many of those who participated then started to recall about it…not sure if i wanna join ycf 2005, cos i may be quite busy next year and stuff like that. also wanna join the performances in the upcoming youth gm in jan 05! the friday rendezvous this year was soooo much fun!! =P

Monday 22 November 2004: yayyyy!!! the O’s are finally over!! :))))) was thinking a little about the stuff to do after the exams and all the freedom on the last day when i was still revising, which is 19 Nov (Fri). and dunno what on earth happened to me…i went to the bus stop and from far i saw a bus with 3 digits coming my way. so i assumed that it was 113! never did i know that i was actually on bus 115! oh mans…cos i didn’t know there was some other bus with 3 digits passing that bus stop! and i found out about it when the bus made a left turn at one point instead of right!! and it was soooo malu-ting when i asked the bus driver and he said i was on the wrong bus and should have taken 113 instead. omg~ so i ended up walking very quickly from there all the way to school. and i reached there in 10 mins! phew! hah i was still red and perspiring even after a while when i was doing the paper 1 that i didn’t even need my jacket! haha. anyway my parents fetched me home after the papers and we rented the vcds for triumph in the skies to catch up with it. i think the last time we saw the last disc was like in july or something? but nevertheless it was still as enjoyable as ever. :)

as for the 20 Nov (Sat), i left home at about 11.30am and the bus came 15 mins later (cos i missed the bus just as i was about the cross the road!). was actually supposed to meet clarissa and alethea at j8 at 11pm and i thought i was going to be late since i haven’t left the house at 10.35! and fortunately alethea called me and said they would be late so i could reach there later. hanged around at j8 for a while before taking the train down to orchard. oh mans the whole place was soooo crowded. and i kept saying sorry cos i dunno-how-many-times bumped into other people or their prams or the other way round! that's why i don’t really like crowds. walked from wisma atria all the way to far east which was so far far away…that our feet ached by the time we reached there. ate claypot hokkien mee while the rest at claypot rice before we summoned up enough energy again to walked all the way to heeren which was practically on the other side of orchard! alethea went to cut her hair first before meeting us there. haha i remember that when passing by tangs i spotted this big-sized man with sucha huge afro walking in front of us! and clarissa and alethea burst out laughing when they saw him! then i suspected it could be sheik haikel and it really was him when they quickly walked ahead of him to see who it was. haha was surprised that they didn’t know who sheik haikel was! alrights anyhow, we got to heeren soon after and we spent some time walking at least 2 rounds on each level! and i still couldn’t find any suitable dress for young people! then alethea came with her satisfied hairdo and we went to take neos. walked to tangs and went in after buying some thirst-quenching orange juice and there was nothing much there too. by then it was 5.30 and i left for home ;) (with feet aching for the rest of the day)…
