2005. four more hours to the year's end.


there was.. orientation -- vollywood & vtv. jts. x-country. mid-years. eighty-8 [the numerous coachings and rehearsals..]. promos. open house. pw.. and many other celebrations and college events that happened in vjc this year.

pe periods are no longer the same as compared to the past. imagine being in a class where number of guys > number of gals. and number of guys at pe >> number of gals due to the absence of the college reps. at times, basketball games would be filled with moments of peril. u never know when u'll get stepped at.. or stabbed at [by the flying shuttlecock leaving the racket of which is held by a strapping hand]. but u know when u're kinda "displaced" in a subtle fashion when u see most of the former group sparring among themselves in the hall, field or basketball courts. ahaha. nonetheless, there were exciting moments alongside enjoyable ones. and many a time we gals [especially me, haha] usually got drained more inasmuch as of chortling than the games themselves. lol =D

a year full of joy. fun. laughter. much more going outs. plus the occasional class outings. i really had more life as compared to the previous years. *smiles* jc life, while loaded with work and stress, is also filled with its share of fun play and enjoyment too =)

a year of lameness. different types of jokes. cold ones. slightly uhh, bawdy ones. chinese ones [yes, they can be pretty funny too =D ]. hur hur..

a year with tears. disappointments. ahh.. but as always, i know that i'm not alone ;)

a year with many firsts. experienced things i've never had before, or even thought that i would have. got to know many new friends. in a new environment. new culture. new setting. with new responsibilities to undertake. okays, not that old is no good and new is nice, but all these gave me a positively fresh, lovely experience in my first year as a victorian =] i'm really glad that i'm one =)and i found some great people too. in their own ways (:

new system of being taught -- lectures, tutorials. in addition, there were tutors who were completely different from those back in sec sch. many had a sense of humour. others were very enthu and on about everything. whoa. i didn't really see these kinda teachers in the past. and of course, there were the other sorts too. new ccas for me -- piano ens plus dance ;)

thanks to you guys who've been by my side, cheering me up in those times, encouraging me and all. those simple gestures, but they meant much. appreciate (=

thanks to all of you who've made my year sucha pleasant and enjoyable one.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!! =)

watched hitch at home in the afternoon before going to marina sq to shop. heh it was a pretty nice show. quite interesting. and i like this phrase -- don't count your life by the breaths you take, but the moments that take your breath away. okays i know this may sound cliched, but hearing it once again reminded me once more to "live life. love life". yupps ;)

anyways, everywhere was like so crowded today. yesterday too. and i came up with this reasoning on why you see the town bustling with so many people on christmas eve.. cos maybe everyone thinks that x'mas day itself would be a busy time for them, so they pushed many of their activities and events to x'mas eve. and in the end, you get many people staying at home on x'mas day. lol crap =D well actually x'mas would be a great time to spend with your family and loved ones.. bonding and all (=

headed to orchard after dinner. and it was really ren2 shan1 ren2 hai3. fine just got no shan1 can. haha. it was uber packed everywhere, so much so that we couldn't even take normal steps as we walked at times. and there was the x'mas celebration concert along orchard road too. but it was too filled with people to really see what exactly was going on heh. but anyway, it was fun hanging out with friends and joining the fun out dere in town! (:
