promos ended yesterday. for me, some of the papers were like iq tests that u tried studying for. then after chem paper on wed in the bus on the way home i heard this guy saying "very easy what! ... oh my i lost 1.5 marks!" -_- *speechless* for some of the other papers, the number of marks that i lost for not doing dunno-how-many qns was dunno-how-many times more significant than the number of significant figures. high opportunity cost forgone. lol am i making sense??


do u know...

1) for the past few days, the number of hours spent sitting down >> that walking about


2) the number of hours spent in school > that spent sleeping


3) ease of falling asleep looking at your notes > when u get to sleep



anyway, the class headed down to clarke quay after the last paper. lol the place didn't feel like somewhere the whole buncha us would be seen at. but all the more it's "different" from the usual class outings. yups. the class split during lunch, with the guys eating at this open area where the temperature was approaching that of the laksa that some of the people there were lunching on. so the gals, plus zm and joel, went to pizza hut instead. =D


after lunch 8 of us settled at Settler's while five others left. from about 230 to 6 we played "unusual" games. haha. wasn't good at those games la. lol the "area" game and the last one on "buckets" were rather fun. we were lol-ing when we heard about the "monastery" in the game. and the first piece that isa picked happened to contain a picture of that too. hmmms. for both games van isa and i went into "collusion" to prevent zhong yu from monopolising the games. wahaha =P


spent some time to settle some cca-related stuff when i came home yesterday and this morning. nearly went to get pieces for the year-end concert but it was unneeded in the end. here's some stuff to get busy with:


1) open house => coaching sessions + meetings with the exco

2) year-end concert

3) next june's piano concert repertoire

4) pw => wr + op (heh this looks like some equation)

5) hang out with friends

6) shop.. those things that i need are no longer "luxury" goods, but have become "necessities" lol

7) pick up a new sport?

8) indulge myself in stairway to heaven!! =))
