slacked around the house today…just went out to do some jogging cum running cum walking cum badminton with my sis. hah it’s really been some time since i last went to play badminton or exercise!! *grins* the weather was not very sunny, so it was pretty good for exercise today. later it looked like it would soon rain, but fortunately it didn’t! ran 4 rounds and walked 2 for a start, since i hadn’t been exercising much these days! -gee- also tried walking on the pebbles or stones, and i felt that the inner lane, which is meant to be more painful, wasn’t so terrible for me!! heh then played a lil’ badminton with my sis, but we kept missing here and there due to the occasional winds that came. alrightez…shall blog off here…tata~ :)

Monday 30/11:
*..::"Long Dragons” [pai chang long] ::..*
went out with my mother in the afternoon to jurong east mrt station, before heading down to boon lay to shop around at jurong point. it was rather crowded today and at fairprice, all the queues were really like “chang long” [long dragons…as the saying goes..]!! supa long manz! nevertheless we still managed to get what we wanted… :)

Saturday 29/11:
*..::Because of that Mouse…::..*
woke up early in the morning to go to school for cca at 9am, and vanessa, qiyin and i headed down to AI to fix the wheel of the mouse and give it a full check-up. felt that it was quite a wasted trip taking the bus from the interchange back to school cos’ when we got back, the others were just painting the banner for next year’s cca fair. the only thing that made the trip worth it was that lee see bought some tidbits for us…hehx…*grinx* well, then headed straight for my piano lesson after that. in the evening, went out with my family for dinner at thomson plaza…yums…~

Friday 28/11:
*..::Friday Rendezvous::..*
same thing, met huiling at the mrt station. but this time round she was early and i was slightly late coz i walked to somewhere and back first before meeting her. she was already waiting at the platform when i got there. *grins* anyway we practised some more and again had dinner at THAT coffeeshop. i could practically feel many pairs of eyes staring at us when we walked around to buy our food! well this was the first time i actually had durian ice chengdol and a pack of fries for dinner! mmm the lady was very generous with the durian!! *yummy!* got back and when the performance at levels 2 & 3 started, we got to level 3 first to watch the performance. and when ailin, victoria and i wanted to catch the performance on level 2, we couldn’t get in as the room was all sooooo filled up!! thought of going by the other stairway, and this lady at the ground floor “recommended” that we try walking along the side of the building outside. so ailin decided to go first and we followed! and YIKES!! it was so horrible – our bare feet stepped onto the soft, mouldy, brownish-green patch of bare, dry soil with a few patches of green here and there…then our feet had a feel of the hard, uneven cement ground and we went OUCH! here and there!!!! arghhh the feeling on our feet was terrible and gross!! well we went back and still didn’t manage to squeeze in, and we heard that it was time to gather before our item started. waited at the side of the room and we saw this performance by 3 dancers [2 ladies and 1 guy] with a singer posing as elva hsiao. hahah we all agreed that the guy was very sissy from the way he danced!! =Pp then some of us heard a lil’ scream after he left the room in the stairway becoz’ he stepped onto a puddle of water!!!!! soon our FD item started and my group danced after the song item…hmm, somehow i was just unusually calm for a performance…cos’ i thought that i would have stage fright…anyway the dance item went pretty well…*cheers!* then i took the train home with ailin, loo lin and fannie and it was just after 11pm, so my mum decided to walk me home from the mrt station. and it was quite rare for me to bathe at 11.30pm…it was soooo late! hmm maybe i did bathed at 10+ or 11 during camps before?? anyway, it was unusual for me…by the time i settled down to go to sleep it was already 12.30pm…listened to some music before zZZzz….

Wednesday 26/11:
*..:: Laughter is the shortest distance between two people::..*
woke up, slacked around the house [like watching some tv] before meeting huiling at the nearby mrt station. got into the train and she came to me, and we reached SYC just slightly before 3.30pm. bought some snacks and we basically worked on our dance. hmm i cleared many doubts and had a better idea of the whole dance and its sequence and stuff this time…and huiling also tried to learn the steps today. went for dinner with the rest at about 6, and the moment we sat down, this man selling drinks and another woman from another drinks stall began asking us what we wanted to drink. and almost whenever we passed by a stall there would be the stallholders asking us what we wanted. omg~ then huiling, sinyi and victoria had ice kachang as they wanted to be on diet! [imagine choosing a full-of-sugar desert as a diet food!] had a plate of fried carrot cake before we headed back for the rehearsal at night. hmm the performance of the song atlantis princess danced by this group of SDs was super nice! especially this girl [and some also say another guy] who danced very well…and for a moment i thought that they could be dancers!! =P anyways, ailin’s parents fetched us home in a van when it all ended at nearly 10pm and we all sat at the back. gahhh my back was hurting a lil’ went i reached home!! :X

Sunday 23/11:
*..::Dancing around::..*
went out with my parents to fetch my sis to a meeting at an aunty’s house. shopped around at the nearby compass point before fetching her home, and it was pretty crowded that day…then got home and soon had my early dinner at about 5.30pm before taking the train down to harbourfront to meet ailin and her sis in the taxi to SYC, where we practised more for our dance…

Saturday 22/11:
*..:: Things turn out best for the one who makes the best out of the way things turn out
::..*
yeaps…today’s the day of the release of PSLE results…smiles…tears for many Primary 6 students in Singapore. anyways, i went for my piano [theory] lesson at noon, before meeting my mum at heartland. went home for a quick bite and walked down to the bus-stop to meet aileen and her sis. headed down to tampines and after a few stops, we overshot by one stop [we thought that there would still be bus 15 available at the next stop, but the bus would have to turn just before that!]. and arghh! soon after we started walking a distance away from where we alighted, and holding an umbrella in our hands, there was rain! from a slight drizzle it quickly became a very heavy rain with wind!! just in a few seconds! so all the rain started to shoot into our direction! yar…got partially wet by the time we got to the bus-stop and after alighting from bus 15, we had to walk a distance again! this time, we became very wet! my bag was almost all wet and some of the stuff i had in it were a lil’ damp too!:| gahh…and my shoes and socks were ALL wet!

finally reached the centre and after some intro here and basically we practiced for our dance item for the coming Friday Rendezvous next friday. then my dad fetched me at 6pm and we were in time for the last episode of legal entanglement… ;) hah the show’s pretty nice at the end! the small little boy narrated 2 different scenarios, feeling that no no…this shouldn’t have happened if his mother had gone along with the guy…so it’s up to us viewers to choose our preference!!

Saturday 8/11:
*..::Collection of Report Books::..*
went to school to collect our report books at 8+ in the morning. yar and after collecting it, we could go home. i just don’t understand…just what are some of our teachers thinking?? they want us students to go to school just to get something, and in one minute, they can leave the school…just like that!! it’s simply wasting our time manz…like, can’t they tell us to collect ‘em when we go to school for extra lessons just 2 days later?? oh wadeva…anyway, i improved by a bit for my eoys. and yay!! my ranked moved up :) BUT my form teacher made a mistake in the typing in of results for physics! you see, i'm supposed to get X for my 2nd combined marks and Y [which is 10 more marks than X] for my eoys. combined marks only carry 15% of the year’s overall marks, while eoys carry 40% instead!! and i got a so much lower than what i should have for the heavier weightage portion!! omg~ so all in all, i was deprived of two marks for the subject overall [fortunately the grade would still be the same!] and 0.3 marks for my overall percentage!! this may seem very little but in fact, each number in the decimal and ones place are of rather great importance…yeap, and the person ranked before me better not score that mark or lower than that!!! alrightez…shall be back soon~
